You Will visit in that time, Wineries of Maipu or Lujan de Cuyo Area ( Sometimes you can visit both )
5 Hours with a Private Driver usually is enough to Visit 2 Wineries in this Area with time for Lunch.

Full Wine Day Tour with Private Driver.
